HOW WE COLLECT PERSONAL INFORMATION
We collect information directly from you, when you: correspond with us via email or phone; apply for a job; register to attend a webinar and/or online training; participate in surveys, evaluations, and promotions; join an email mailing list; request support from our customer support team; and use and submit personal information through our Service or Website.
We may also collect certain information automatically when you visit our Website, such as information about your device or computer and its capabilities, including, but not limited to, the operating system, Internet Protocol (IP) address, device carrier, device type, time zone, network status, browser type, browser identifier, location and other information that alone or in combination may be used to uniquely identify your device or computer.
In addition, we collect information through automated means through cookies. Cookies are small information packets sent by web servers to web browsers and stored by the web browsers. The information is then sent back to the server each time the browser requests a page from the server, which enables a web server to identify and track web browsers. There are two main kinds of cookies: session cookies and persistent cookies. Session cookies expire when you close your browser. Persistent cookies remain on your device or computer indefinitely until deleted. We may use session and persistent cookies to help us recognize your browser and capture and remember certain information that you previously shared with us, such as your setting preferences.
